Our Story
From pandemic pivot to statewide presence
In March 2020, both founders of McKarl’s Libations lost their jobs at The Ice Plant in downtown St. Augustine. Uncertainty turned into inspiration when they started sharing cocktails and recipes on Instagram during lockdown.
What began as a way to stay creative during quarantine quickly turned into a demand for at-home bartending from friends who weren’t ready to return to bars. That spark became something real.
By April 2021, McKarl’s Libations & Cuisine LLC was officially registered in Jacksonville, FL. What followed was a rapid rise—from backyard bartending to becoming one of Florida’s most trusted names in mobile hospitality.
Today, we’re proud to lead a certified, insured team offering cocktail service, education, tastings, and brand promotions statewide.
